Essential Duties
- Responsible for daily scheduling of personnel to ensure productive and cost-efficient operations.
- Aid in directing daily activities in response to customer needs.
- Maintain quality and timeliness of work to meet goals and objectives.
- Provide training to employees as needed on proper work procedures, hazard communication standards, and safe work practices.
- Enforce all safety rules and promote safety in job functions.
- Administer other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
- Order and control warranty and body shop parts.
- Maintain proper inventory and control of consigned parts.
- Notify Parts Supervisor of barriers to completing assigned workload.
- Fill in as needed for all positions when employees are off.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Shift
Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as directed by business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in materials handling field, inventory control, shipping and receiving, procurement, communication skills, and lead skills
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
- Experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles

- Deadline and detail oriented
Physical Working Conditions
- Pass forklift training / certification and operate forklift
- Sit, stand, walk, drive throughout shift
- Lift, push, and/or pull up to 50lbs
- Work in varying climates as well as be exposed to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and other conditions
