We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Pay Schedule I, Grade 21, Regular Schedule: 40 hours per week. So we have Pay and Schedule info. - Must be a merit (full-time), non-merit (part-time), or temporary employee of Baltimore County General Government to apply. - Vacancy in Department of Public Works and Transportation, Bureau of Highways & Equipment Maintenance. - List of eligible applicants will be established based on examination. - Current and future vacancies may be filled from list. - All interested transfer and promotional candidates must apply at this time. - List all promotions and changes in job duties due to reclassification as separate work experience on your application. Applicants must include dates of promotions and reclassifications. - Note: Failure to complete all fields of the "Work Experience" section will result in application not being considered. - A resume will not be considered in determining qualifications; may provide at interview. - Can attach transcript(s) or license(s); failure to submit proof of licenses, certifications and education will result in application not being considered. - Proof of licenses, certifications, and/or education must be submitted with each application. - Examples of Duties: long list. - Examples Of Other Duties: may serve as lead worker, may assume duties of supervisor, may pick up parts from vendors, performs other related duties as required. - Qualifications: Possession of a high school diploma or appropriate equivalent plus at least Four (4) years of storekeeping or warehousing experience, Two (2) years of which involved responsible experience in the storage and issuance of vehicle or heavy equipment parts and supplies, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. - Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Entry Level): list. - Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Full Performance): list. - Licenses and Certificates: Possession of a valid driver's license equivalent to a non-commercial, class C Maryland driver's license is required at the time of appointment. - Examination Procedure: Applicants will be qualified based on evaluation of training and experience, as stated on application, includes answers to supplemental questions. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Smoke free workplace", "Drug free workplace", "Prospective employees are required to submit to urinalysis drug testing as part of the pre-employment physical examination." Those are EEO/boilerplate. Also remove "Disclaimer" maybe? It's legal boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "Employment Benefits For Full-Time, Merit Or Classified Employees" heading? Actually we need to keep Benefits section if there is real specific content. The posting includes benefits details; we should keep Benefits section with the substantive content (health insurance, retirement, paid leave, etc). However we need to strip out boilerplate like disclaimer, equal opportunity, smoke free, drug free, etc. Also remove "Application instructions" like "You can attach your transcript(s) or license(s) to your application." That is application instruction; we should remove. Also "Failure to submit proof of Licenses, Certifications and Education will result in your application not being considered." That's also instruction; remove. Also "Proof of licenses, certifications, and/or education must be submitted with each application." Remove. Also "Applicants selected for an interview may provide a resume at that time." Remove. Also "A resume will not be considered in determining your qualifications for a position." Remove. Also "List all promotions and changes in job duties due to reclassification as separate work experience on your application. Applicants must include the dates of the promotions and reclassifications." That's instruction; remove. Also "Note: Failure to complete all fields of the "Work Experience" section of the application will result in your application not being considered." Remove. Also "All interested transfer and promotional candidates must apply at this time." Remove. Also "Current and future vacancies occurring in any Office or Department of Baltimore County General Government may be filled from the list of eligible applicants." Might be considered generic but maybe keep? It's about process; maybe remove as boilerplate? It's not a duty/requirement. It's more about process; could be removed. The instruction to remove duplicated lines and application instructions suggests we should keep only substantive info about the job: duties, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Also maybe a brief "About the role" summarizing the department and role? The posting includes "A vacancy exists in the Department of Public Works and Transportation, Bureau of Highways & Equipment Maintenance." That's about the role. Also "Examples of Duties" etc. So we can have About the role: brief description of the role (maybe combine vacancy and department). Responsibilities: list of duties (the examples). Requirements: maybe qualifications (education + experience). Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? The instructions say use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: Could include department and that it's a storekeeper/warehouse role for vehicle/heavy equipment parts. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the long list). Could be split into main duties and other duties. - Requirements: maybe the eligibility (must be merit/non-merit/temporary employee of Baltimore County General Government). Also maybe the requirement to submit proof of licenses etc? But those are application instructions; we remove. So maybe Requirements: Must be a merit (full-time), non-merit (part-time), or temporary employee of Baltimore County General Government. Also maybe the requirement to have high school diploma or equivalent plus experience? That's more qualifications. - Qualifications: The specific qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent + 4 years storekeeping/warehousing experience, 2 years responsible experience in storage/issuance of vehicle/heavy equipment parts and supplies, or equivalent combination. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Entry Level) and (Full Performance) plus licenses (driver's license). Could combine. - Benefits: list of benefits (health insurance, retirement, paid leave, etc). We need to keep substantive benefits, not boilerplate like disclaimer, equal opportunity, smoke free, drug free, etc. - Pay: Pay Schedule I, Grade 21, Regular Schedule: 40 hours per week. Also salary increase info? The posting includes Salary section with step increases, general increases, longevity increases. That's about pay. So we can include Pay section with that info. - Schedule: Already covered in Pay Schedule line: Regular Schedule: 40 hours per week. Could be separate Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections:
