Parts Specialist - Commercial Refrigeration & Food Equipment

Position Overview

The Parts Specialist ensures the smooth operation of our commercial refrigeration and food equipment by sourcing and managing replacement parts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze schematics and diagrams to identify necessary parts.
• Quote, order, and manage parts acquisition with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure parts are available as needed.
• Provide written proposals to customers and maintain follow-up communication.
• Affiliate with receiving orders and other relevant tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sourcing parts in commercial refrigeration and/or food equipment.
• Ability to dive deep into product details and identify accurate components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accuracy in reading schematics, managing orders, and quoting.
• A proactive attitude, with a focus on collaboration.
