About the role
As a Parts Specialist, you’ll be the front-line connection between our customers, technicians, and vendors. You’ll:
- Help customers in person and over the phone with parts solutions, quotes, and technical info
- SOURCE AND ORDER PARTS USING VENDOR CATALOGS AND ONLINE TOOLS
- Manage inventory: stocking, organizing, and keeping the department running smoothly
- PROCESS SALES, RECEIPTS, AND DOCUMENTATION WITH ACCURACY AND PROFESSIONALISM
- SUPPORT TECHNICIANS AND CO-WORKERS BY PULLING AND DELIVERING THE RIGHT PARTS AT THE RIGHT TIME
Responsibilities
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong communication & people skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office + inventory systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity and reliability—your coworkers and customers can count on you
Requirements
- Experience in parts or related fields is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
