Schedule

Day Shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts inquiries
• Use catalogs, schematics, and systems to identify needed parts
• Process incoming shipments and restock inventory
• Accurately fill customer and service department orders
• Prepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentation
• Perform inventory checks and help maintain organized stock
• Inspect parts for defects and manage returns or substitutions

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with 1+ year in a customer service role (parts counter experience a plus)
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
