Parts Specialist
About the role
Tri-State Bobcat is seeking a Parts Specialist to join their Little Canada team. The role involves working directly with customers and service technicians, supporting a wide range of equipment and parts including Bobcat, Toro, STIHL, and other leading brands.
Responsibilities
- Help customers by phone, text, and in person identify and purchase parts, accessories, and supplies
- Work with service technicians to identify, source, order, and allocate parts to keep repairs on schedule
- Research parts using computer systems, catalogs, and manufacturer/vendor resources
- Receive, verify, organize, stock, and allocate parts to inventory, customers, and service jobs
- Maintain inventory and identify parts that need to be reordered
- Aid customers with Toro and STIHL product selection, accessories, features, and basic operation
- Recommend related parts, accessories, and products based on customer needs
Requirements
- Curious and organized
- Mechanically minded
- Comfortable working with people
- No prior parts-department experience required, but related industry experience is valued
- Experience in equipment, automotive, small engine, powersports, agriculture, construction, or a related industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and able to follow through in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$24–$28/hour, based on experience
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No evenings or weekends
