Parts Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Process incoming parts and retrofit offers/orders via email and phone
• Cook up repairs and returns for parts, ensuring proper documentation and followup
• Maintain a watchful eye on outstanding offers and orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with customers and corporate headquarters to clarify and complete all parts-related requests
• Provide weekday and weekend oncall support (every 5th or 6th weekend) for emergency parts needs (including responding to calls and coming into the office if required)
• Work one evening per week (until 6:00 PM) to support afterhours parts service requests
• Accurately pick, pack, and arrange shipment of parts using UPS, FedEx or other delivery services when on call support
