Parts Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to internal and external customers
• Source, research, and identify parts based on customer needs and equipment specifications
• Process stock, emergency, and special orders in a timely manner
• Accurately enter and manage orders using the IRIUM system and other business tools
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and physical inventory
• Receive, document, and process returned goods according to company procedures
• Input purchase order receipts and maintain up-to-date inventory records
• Support parts counter operations, serving as an initial point of contact for customers and vendors
• Auxiliary tasks may include assembling or cutting chains, hoses, and cables as required, pressing tires as needed, promoting company products and services to customers, and collaborating with team members to meet departmental and company goals

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/business systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and research skills
