About the Role

As a Parts Specialist, you will work in a shop environment, maintaining stocking levels through routine tasks and reactive responses to the Kanban stocking system, work orders, and shop requests. Proactively, you will engage vendors to establish best pricing and service. Responsibilities include placing orders, receiving products, pulling parts for production, and organizing stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocking levels and respond to the Kanban stocking system
• Place orders with purchasing and receive products
• Pull parts for production orders and organize stock
• Engage vendors to secure best pricing and service
• Follow written instructions and operate a computer or tablet
• Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, and via email

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with routine tasks
• Proficiency with online documentation and web-based software systems (computer & smartphone)
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, email)
• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt
• Ability to meet physical requirements for a heavy-equipment environment (90% of time on feet)
• Basic hand tool knowledge and ability to follow written instructions

Qualifications

Schedule

• 40–45 hours per week, 5 days a week
• Daytime schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no night shift)
• Paid overtime available during peak times

Pay

Annual compensation range: $56,000–$73,000 USD (includes wages + bonus).
