What You'll Be Doing

Serve as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions and providing timely, accurate support.

Aid in daily inventory activities including shipping, receiving, stocking, and cycle counting.

Source parts for customer orders, service repairs, and inventory replenishment.

Help customers place orders, track shipments, and process returns.

Maintain customer accounts and accurately document interactions and transactions.

Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to support customer needs and branch operations.

Keep inventory organized, accurate, and ready when customers need it.

Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

From municipalities and public works departments to contractors and first responders, the customers you support rely on MacQueen to deliver solutions when they need them most.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected pay range for this position is $20.86 - $31.07 per hour.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of direct industry experience or 3 years of experience in a related industry.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, parts operations, or customer support preferred.

Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document customer interactions.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
