Key Responsibilities

• Order automotive parts accurately and timely in compliance with repair orders and insurance guidelines
• Receive and inspect parts upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain organized inventory and parts storage to support smooth shop operations
• Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability, backorders, and returns
• Affiliate in managing parts returns and ensure timely credit processing
• Assist in coordinating with technicians and estimators regarding parts needs and discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of parts transactions and inventory adjustments
• Utilize shop management software to track parts orders and inventory levels
• Ensure parts area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive parts or collision repair environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory or shop management software
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
