Parts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in choosing suitable parts and provide precise pricing.
• Offer advice on additional part requirements and promotional offers.
• Answer phones, meet face-to-face, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers about delayed parts and place orders for future needs.
• Operate a forklift as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts is preferred.
• Show strong organizational and communication skills.
• Be capable of prioritizing tasks and assisting team members.
• Be able to lift and carry materials weighing between 50-80 pounds.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
