Parts Shipping and Receiving

About the role

Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and reliable Parts Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing shipments of automotive parts, maintain an organized warehouse, and collaborate with the inventory team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming automotive parts shipments.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate parts picking and packing.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Report any damaged or missing items promptly.
• Filling customer orders for counter sales, wholesale sales and service repair orders.
• Performing parts deliveries when necessary.

Requirements

• Familiarity with automotive parts, warehouse, shipping/receiving is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
