Pape Material Handling, Inc., a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Parts & Service Department Coordinator to join their team in Anchorage, AK. About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the parts and service department, ensuring customers have a great experience when purchasing parts or having equipment serviced. Your duties include managing incoming and outgoing work, entering and managing work order data, assisting with safety inspections, preparing warranty paperwork, and more.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing service department work
• Enter and manage work order data through various internal programs
• Help staff the reception desk and parts counter
• Dispatch technicians
• Aid with safety inspections and related paperwork
• Prepare warranty paperwork and monitor reimbursements
• Provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone
• Ship and receive parts

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn internal computer systems
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Prior history with parts counter sales or service is required; mechanical aptitude is helpful
• Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling equipment market are preferred

$22-26.50/hr (Depending on Experience)
