Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department
- Provide technical support and product information to customers
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Keep up to date with new products and industry trends
- May be asked to assist with deliveries
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or related industry preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive or machinery parts
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory software
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
