Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts and accessories
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Keep up to date with new products and industry trends
  • May be asked to assist with deliveries

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or related industry preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of automotive or machinery parts
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
