Parts Runner (Delivery Driver) - HVAC

Duties/Responsibilities

• Pick up and/or deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites as dispatched through the Service Coordinators
• Load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Process incoming scrap and recycle materials in accordance with Company policy
• Deliver/dispose of recycled material as needed
• Assist with delivery of Quarterly filter orders
• Help with miscellaneous office maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to, snow removal, simple plumbing, light replacement, etc
• Assist on-site/on-job technicians as needed

Requirements

• Possess knowledge of HVAC equipment
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
• Valid WV Class D Non-CDL for Hire driver’s license with excellent record
• Current DOT physical for Class D
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Warehouse and delivery experience a plus

• Specific Job Skills: Basic knowledge of HVAC principals and mechanical ability; Demonstrated skill in using basic hand tools; Use and promote Safety work practices at all times in accordance to established procedures; Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required; Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced team environment meeting deadlines; Reasoning, organization, dependability, confidentiality expected

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
