About the role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Parts Receptionist to join our dealership team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls for the Parts Department.
- Avoid overflow calls and ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly.
- Follow up with customers regarding parts orders, arrivals, and status updates.
- Support the Parts Department with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and dealership staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
