As a Parts Puller / Delivery Driver, you'll help keep automotive repair shops, dealerships, and customers supplied with the parts they need while supporting the daily operations of our Parts Department. What You'll Do Pull, pick, and prepare automotive parts orders accurately and efficiently Deliver automotive parts to customers throughout the Cedar Valley area Load and unload delivery vehicles safely Verify invoices, packing slips, and delivery paperwork for accuracy Assist the Parts Manager in locating out-of-stock and special-order parts Receive, stock, organize, and label incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and order status Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations Assist with warehouse and Parts Department duties as assigned What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, delivery driving, inventory, or automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required Automotive parts knowledge is a plus Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 40 pounds MUST have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Pre-Employment Requirements All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing: Pre-Employment Drug Screen Background Check Auto Plus (Rydell Motor Company) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
