Parts Manager (KC Rebuild)

Location: Kansas City Machine Rebuild Center – 3651 N Skiles Ave., Kansas City, MO 64161

About the role

Leads and manages the Parts personnel and department operational performance. Works closely with internal and external customers to promote superior quality, safety, and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual department budgets, business plans, objectives, and goals
• Maintain targeted profitability levels
• Develop and grow parts personnel
• Promote a safe work environment
• Travel required for training and/or to assist at other locations

Requirements

• More than three years’ experience in a related field
• Previous management experience
• Profit/loss management experience
• Ability to empower and develop employees
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for business purposes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous parts experience (preferred)
