Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, receiving, and distribution.
- Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve departmental goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and best pricing.
- Ensure accurate parts pricing, billing, and warranty processing.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts department that supports the service and sales operations.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Collaborate closely with service and sales departments to forecast parts needs and respond to customer demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts management, preferably within Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM brands.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to drive operational efficiencies.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
