Parts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, receiving, and distribution.
• Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve departmental goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and best pricing.
• Ensure accurate parts pricing, billing, and warranty processing.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts department that supports the service and sales operations.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Collaborate closely with service and sales departments to forecast parts needs and respond to customer demands.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive parts management, preferably within Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM brands.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to drive operational efficiencies.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
