About the role

Responsible for managing inventory, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring parts are available for all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to maintain relationships
  • Assist in training new employees on parts management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in parts management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
