About the role
Responsible for managing inventory, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring parts are available for all departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to maintain relationships
- Assist in training new employees on parts management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in parts management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
