Parts Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional, in-process, receiving, and final inspection
• Set up and program CMM equipment
• Measure and record all necessary quality inspection requirements
• Validate, run, and properly store programs used in CMM inspections
• Calibrate inspection equipment as needed
• Create non-conformities for parts that do not meet requirements

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills including MS Office products
• Database and ERP software knowledge is a plus
• Excellence in professionalism and maturity in all actions and communications with leadership and fellow employees
• Knowledge and experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience in CNC machine shops and a fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of quality control, inspection methods, and use of measuring tools and CMM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Education
