Parts Driver/Parts Counter Assosiate

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts promptly and professionally to wholesale and internal customers, maintaining high standards of service.
• Verify all orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist customers at the parts counter by:
• Locating and retrieving parts efficiently.
• Processing orders and handling returns with accuracy.
• Collaborating closely with technicians and service advisors to meet urgent parts needs.
• Receive and stock inventory with precision to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and driving regulations.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the day.
• Previous experience with automotive parts is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
