Parts Driver - Part Time

Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking a part‑time Parts Driver for its high‑volume, high‑loyalty parts department. The dealership is a full‑service FCA franchise with over 50 years of experience, offering a fast‑growing service business and the chance to work with a parts manager who has more than 35 years of industry expertise.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts to customers, neighboring dealerships, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Assists all customers and vendors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Coordinates with the parts manager and parts counter staff before leaving to handle any last‑minute pick‑ups or deliveries.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock as needed.
• Ensures delivered parts match the invoice and verifies that the invoice matches the purchase order for each pick‑up.
• Secures and unloads the parts van each night.
• Maintains a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork and delivery schedule.
• Experience with automotive parts or military equivalent experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and meet driving record insurability standards (MVR) upon conditional offer.
