About the role
The Parts Warehouse / Parts Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors. They will also maintain shipping and receiving records and ensure the work area is orderly. This role involves carrying out assignments set by the department manager and administering internal procedures and reports.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.
- Process items for shipment according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Receive items according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate incoming and outgoing status to appropriate internal customers and managers.
- Handle correspondence as directed by the Department Manager.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area.
- Ensure effective tracking of shipments.
- Administer service car rental program.
- Ensure the best possible relationship between dealership, customer, and factory.
- Handle selected customer complaints.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures; immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and possess a valid driver license.
