JOB PURPOSE

A Parts Driver connects NAPA to other businesses that use NAPA parts. A person in this position is key for providing excellent service to customers that do not walk in our doors.

DUTIES

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers
• Confirm accurate and swift delivery of parts
• Aid in resolving issues for commercial customers
• Help check-in and stock inventory
• Share knowledge and skills to train new drivers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to back into parking spots
• Previous retail experience preferred
• GED
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
