Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by anticipating customer needs and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction with the service process.
  • Manage the pickup and delivery of parts/supplies, ensuring timely and secure transport.
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle vehicles of various sizes and types.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and maneuver vehicles throughout the shift and lift object of 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Work environment may include exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while shuttling customers and managing pickups/deliveries.
