Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
- Provide a high level of customer service by anticipating customer needs and addressing concerns promptly.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction with the service process.
- Manage the pickup and delivery of parts/supplies, ensuring timely and secure transport.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle vehicles of various sizes and types.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and maneuver vehicles throughout the shift and lift object of 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Work environment may include exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while shuttling customers and managing pickups/deliveries.
