Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and customers in locating, ordering, and purchasing parts
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty related holds accurately
- Maintain detailed inventory knowledge and ensure parts order accuracy
- Communicate clearly with advisors, techs, and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Help maintain parts department cleanliness and organization on a daily basis
Requirements
- Automotive parts experience (CDJR experience a plus)
- Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team-player mentality with pride in precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
