Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers in locating, ordering, and purchasing parts
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty related holds accurately
• Maintain detailed inventory knowledge and ensure parts order accuracy
• Communicate clearly with advisors, techs, and vendors
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Help maintain parts department cleanliness and organization on a daily basis

Requirements

• Automotive parts experience (CDJR experience a plus)
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Team-player mentality with pride in precision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
