Parts Delivery Driver - Pacific, WA

About the role

We’re looking for reliable, detail‑oriented Parts Delivery Drivers to be the driving force behind daily operations at Gordon Truck Centers in Pacific, WA. As part of our expanded network of 19 dealerships doing business as Gordon Truck Centers, Freightliner Northwest, Western Star Northwest, TrailerCraft, Western Mountain Bus and Freightliner of Hawaii, you’ll help customers satisfy their transportation needs while delivering first‑class service safely and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers from the vehicle to designated areas using assigned devices such as tablets and/or smartphones.
• Adhere to company safe driving policies at all times.
• Assist with pulling customer order(s) when requested.
• Keep accurate log of daily deliveries using tablets and/or computer keyboard.
• Strengthen customer relationships with prompt and professional service.
• Provide communication to parts department on customer needs and returns.
• Help in the warehouse as time allows; operate a fork‑lift on occasion.
• Input data into parts systems using basic computer knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license, be insurable and maintain a clean driving record.

Skills

• Ability to drive Sprinter vans, pick‑ups and a 24’ box truck.
• Experience driving a manual transmission.
• Ability to type and use a computer tablet and/or keyboard.
• Ability to send and receive calls and data via a smartphone.

Job Conditions

• Physical Demands: Repetitive bending, frequent lifting up to or in excess of 75 lbs., sitting, standing, reaching, crawling, stretching; must be able to use both hands and feet to operate vehicles.
• Environmental Demands: Mostly indoor and outdoor in seasonal weather conditions; some noise while working around operation departments; exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles; use of company‑provided personal protective equipment may be required.
• Front and rear facing dash cameras are used in all company vehicles for insurability and safety purposes.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with rotating Saturdays (typically 1 Saturday every 2 months, starting at 8:00 AM).

Pay

• $21.00 – $22.00 per hour.
