The Parts Counterperson is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurate parts support to both wholesale and retail customers. This position manages wholesale parts sales Tuesday through Friday and retail parts sales on Saturdays, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about automotive parts, highly organized, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Assist wholesale customers Tuesday through Friday by identifying, sourcing, pricing, and selling automotive parts.
• Support retail customers on Saturdays by providing knowledgeable parts recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Process parts orders accurately through dealership management and inventory systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts, including repair facilities, body shops, and fleet customers.
• Monitor inventory availability, stock levels, and special-order parts to ensure customer needs are met.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments while maintaining a clean and orderly parts department.
• Collaborate with service technicians, advisors, and management to ensure efficient parts operations and customer satisfaction.
