Parts Coordinator - Parts Inventory
About the role
The parts coordinator oversees parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory, and reconciliation at a single location. They process Purchase Orders (POs) and Vendor payment requests while ensuring the right part is purchased from the right vendor and maintaining inventory levels to maximize customer uptime.
Responsibilities
- Execute parts inventory management processes including conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, coordinating parts pickup and delivery, and stocking inventory.
- Process invoices and maintain records and statistics such as min-max levels for inventory control.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory counts.
- Manage parts obsolescence and shipping warranty and parts returns to vendors.
- Ensure parts room organization and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
- 2 years or more in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred.
- Strong computer skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages, Required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm
