About the role
This position is a Parts Coordinator role located at the Norfolk, VA branch for MGX Equipment Services. It reports to the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory control.
- Research and order parts for customers.
- Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Provides phone and E-Mail correspondence to customers regarding quotes and diagrams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience within a Parts or Service department.
- Experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry preferred.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer/client focus.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic cranes, crawler cranes, and hydraulic crawler cranes.
- Travel may be required 5% of the time or less.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time position with typical working hours between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Overtime and weekend work may be possible based on business conditions.
