Parts Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Order and receive parts for collision repairs
  • Verify parts accuracy and inspect for damage
  • Clock with estimators and technicians to ensure timely repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors to track backorders and follow up
  • Manage returns and core credits
  • Maintain organized parts storage and inventory
  • Work closely with insurance partners when needed

Qualifications

  • Automotive or collision parts experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy shop
  • Computer proficiency
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail is a must
