Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM and ERP software to process customer invoicing, create purchase orders, track inventory, and support warehouse functions.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide parts support for Caterpillar, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Develop and maintain general knowledge in forklift and material handling equipment operation.
- Make appropriate recommendations and provide creative solutions for all customer needs.
- Work overtime and on-call as needed.
Requirements
- Proof of high school diploma or GED.
- One year of parts sales, parts warehouse, or combined experience required, industry experience preferred.
- Six years of experience using inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write in English.

- Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work overtime and on-call.
