Experience & Qualifications

• Previous parts experience (dealer or aftermarket) is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Familiarity with automotive components, systems, and terminology
• Experience with inventory control, parts ordering, or stock management systems is an asset
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is beneficial
• Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field (an asset)
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to technicians if necessary
• Handle vendor returns & orders
• Inventory control
• Retail sales and internal estimates
• Organize and keep the parts department clean
• Assist with shipping & receiving
• Assist coworkers with parts-related questions
• Assist with other duties as assigned
