Parts Clerk - SBN

About the role

Responsibilities

• Keep parts inventory on hand to support mechanics
• Utilize internal computer program to issue, return, process parts/tooling from stock
• Drive company vehicle to airport gates for COMAT/AOG and road trips
• Verify, pull, and prepare shipments/receipts
• Data entry including emails, inventory counts, creating requisitions
• Operate forklift to load and unload shipments
• Sweep, mop, and maintain warehouse/stockrooms
• Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not necessary
• Work as a team player
• Be self-motivated and work without supervision
• Show attention to detail and learn quickly
• Use computer knowledge to assist with tasks
• Work under pressure and evaluate/solve problems

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Pass a background check

Physical and other requirements

• Able to lift 75 pounds routinely
• Flexible schedule, available to work any day, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• This is a full-time position starting at $17.31 an hour
• This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position

Pay and Schedule

• $17.31 an hour
• This is a full-time position
• Schedule is subject to change
