About the role
HOLT CAT is seeking a Parts Clerk - Cashier 1 to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Essential Functions
- Process parts orders and transactions accurately and promptly
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stock and maintain inventory levels
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record (if applicable)
