Parts Clerk

About the role

The Parts Clerk performs basic vehicle servicing, cleaning, and fueling with limited supervision. This role requires a customer service-oriented professional dedicated to safety.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and stock parts; maintain storage area
• Computer data entry and pulling reports
• Maintain files and other related records
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of parts room experience
• Computer literate with strong attention to detail
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical (if applicable). DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• Long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
• Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings
