Parts Clerk - $20 - $22 Per Hour + Benefits - Full Time Schedule - M - F - Start time 5:00 p.m. Position Overview: The Parts and Inventory Control Clerk will provide administrative support and oversee the parts’ distribution and inventory for the company’s maintenance facilities. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving materials and parts, maintaining inventory records, data entry, and monitoring and dispensing materials to the maintenance shop employees. Position Responsibilities Compile parts research and availability for inventory neededAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresReview order points and quantity with Fleet ManagerReceives, tags, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics according to corporate policy and operating procedures.Inputs fleet information into the computerized fleet management system dailyOrder and receive inventories into our Fleet Management SoftwareMaintains fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all unitsSupports the Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends and outliers, and correcting mistakes where appropriate. Resolves data errors and escalates other errors to management for comparison against identified critical objectives and standards Candidate Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Experience with invoice coding and reconciliationProficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Excel and OutlookStrong organizational and time management skillsHeavy truck and equipment experienceExcellent verbal and written communications skillsReliable attendanceValid Driver’s LicenseBilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Qualifications About Us CR&R Incorporated is a leading waste and recycling services provider operating across multiple states.
