Parts Attendants 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities
• Ships items from the facility
• Receives items into the facility
• Organizes and stocks all incoming items
• Disperses parts and materials to other workers in the company
• Enters transactions into the company database for each item received or dispersed
• Maintains inventory records
• May drive company truck to pick up incoming stock
• May drive company truck to deliver items to other company or community locations
• Responds to customers’ needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possession of valid North Carolina driver’s license
• Previous forklift experience
• Clerical experience and knowledge of internal inventory
• Familiarity with computer use and systems
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Satisfactory communication skills, both oral and written
• Satisfactory customer service skills
• Self-motivation
• High energy level
• Excellent attendance

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stretch, walk, reach, twist, bend, use hands and fingers, handle objects or controls, talk, hear
• Ability to use dolly
• Frequent travel on foot outdoors to make deliveries

Schedule

Working every other weekend 6:00pm to 6:00am.
