Parts Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Body Shop Parts Associate with experience in customer service, the ability to multitask, and a strong team-player mindset to support our growing and expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Source and order vehicle parts.
• Work directly with vehicle estimators to determine part needs or report damage.
• Process returns of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded parts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience working in and around the body shop industry.
• Must be dependable and a team player.
• Ability to learn various body shop operating systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well within a team environment.

Schedule

In-office, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
