Job Description PowerPro Equipment is an Outdoor Power Equipment Dealership with 10 locations, representing fantastic equipment - Exmark, Hustler Turf, Scag, Spartan Mowers, Toro, Intimidator, Mahindra, Branson, Ventrac, Stihl and more! We are looking for a motivated employee for our Phoenixville, PA location. The ideal person will be responsible for driving the success of the Parts Department! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 annually (negotiable based on experience) Benefits: 401K account + company matchHealth insurance + HSA + company contributionDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance, ST/LT disability insurancePaid holidays & floating holidaysVacation & sick paid time off Qualifications: High school degree required5 years of experience in Outdoor Power, Construction, Lawn & Garden Equipment sales & service preferred Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical equipment customer service practicesProficiency in EnglishBasic Math skillsHands-on experience with POS transactionsFamiliarity with inventory proceduresSolid communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focusAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Responsibilities: Greet customers with a positive and supportive mannerProvide functional and financial oversight of the Parts DepartmentManage ordering, purchasing, and inventory of partsManage the financial performance of the Service Department, including revenue and expensesOversee technicians' schedule and ensure efficiency and profitability levels are achievedAssist in developing the annual budget and meet the budgeted targets for revenue and expensesAssist Customers in identifying the correct part; provide lookup assistance and source the correct part per the Customer requestProvide support to the Service Department on parts requests and pull inventory for technicians Work Location: PowerPro Equipment- Phoenixville Company Description For over 50 years, PowerPro Equipment has been a trusted family-owned and operated dealership specializing in outdoor power and construction equipment.
