Parts Associate

About the role

The Parts Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized parts department, ensuring all inventory is accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments of parts and supplies
• Stock and organize parts in the designated areas
• Answer customer inquiries about parts availability and pricing
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail or warehouse experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems preferred
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
