What You’ll Do Providing top-tier customer service to technicians, advisors and customers; in-person and on the phone.Managing and selling OEM and competitor parts with speed, accuracy, and a solutions-first mindsetNavigating systems like Reynolds, CCC, Snap-On, and OEC with confidenceAssisting with daily parts deliveries, stocking, and warehouse organizationCoordinating delivery routes and building strong vendor relationships Keeping our service and body shop teams equipped with the parts they need and when they need them Requirements Previous parts, retail, or automotive experience is a plus - but not requiredFast learner with the ability to move quickly through multiple software systemsExcellent communication skills - in person and on the phoneA sharp eye for detail and a love for staying organizedProfessional appearance and demeanor—representing the Milton Martin Toyota brand with pride Why Milton Martin Toyota?
