What You'll Do
- Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) to both procure and maintain accurate inventory levels based on OEM recommended spare parts
- Performs daily cycle counts to maintain accurate part quantities, min/max setpoints, and accurate bin locations.
- Retrive orders from shipping area, accurately receives them into inventory and either puts them into inventory or delivers them to the requestor.
- Daily follow-up on status of open orders and communication with the maintenance group on parts received and/or issues with vendors
- Identifies obsolete parts/supplies and locates possible buyers for said items and removes from inventory
- May be required to travel to pick up local orders of needed parts and supplies
- Work with Planning & Parts Coordinator & Maintenance Supervisor on workflows to enhance both company & department directives.
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements
- Knowledge of tools and manufacturing equipment
- Mechanical skills
- Computer skills, Word, Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- Good communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- High school or trade school diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- May require bending or lifting.
- Lifting up to 60lbs.
Pay
$22-$23/hour
