Parts and Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Balance money drawer
• Print invoices
• Answer telephone promptly
• Look up, locate and stock parts
• Demonstrate safety knowledge and skills
• Use Aspen accounting software and Bobcat parts systems
• Provide an excellent experience for customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and objectives
• Maintain a clean work area
• Assist in maintaining store inventory processes
• Generate service revenue by scheduling and tracking timely repairs
• Provide cost and time estimates
• Assist with processing warranty claims

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year service and maintenance experience
• Good understanding of Bobcat maintenance requirements and typical repairs
• Effective communication skills – both written and oral
• Good conflict resolution skills
• An understanding of business management
• Valid driver's license
