Parts and Accessories Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Aid internal departments in identifying the correct parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders accurately using Odoo ERP.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service to address parts-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on Columbia Vehicle Group products, parts, and accessories.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and professional.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a parts department, customer service, automotive, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
