Principle Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to external and internal customers in identifying and procuring the correct parts for work orders.
- Engages in inventory control within the parts warehouse.
- Collaborates with technicians to finalize and close work requests and orders.
- Conducts research and places orders for requested parts through various websites and catalogs.
- Supports the process of receiving, stocking, and fulfilling orders.
- Handles incoming calls and assists customers at the counter when necessary.
- Participates in removing and restocking items from vehicles.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Passion for maintaining a strong customer focus in daily operations.
- Ability to navigate multiple online parts catalog systems.
- High proficiency with learning and utilizing online systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
