Parts Advisor

Principle Responsibilities

• Affords assistance to external and internal customers in identifying and procuring the correct parts for work orders.
• Engages in inventory control within the parts warehouse.
• Collaborates with technicians to finalize and close work requests and orders.
• Conducts research and places orders for requested parts through various websites and catalogs.
• Supports the process of receiving, stocking, and fulfilling orders.
• Handles incoming calls and assists customers at the counter when necessary.
• Participates in removing and restocking items from vehicles.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Passion for maintaining a strong customer focus in daily operations.
• Ability to navigate multiple online parts catalog systems.
• High proficiency with learning and utilizing online systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
