Located in Scotts Valley, California, Canepa operates from a state-of-the-art facility central to Silicon Valley and WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

Responsibilities

• Source hard-to-find and special-order parts.
• Place and track orders.
• Develop contingency plans for orders that experience delays.
• Receive orders, ensure order correctness, and distribute to shop personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Ship and confirm delivery of outbound material.
• Meet with suppliers and establish and maintain accounts.
• Cost out parts and materials on work orders.
• Maintain showroom parts counter and inventory.
• Handle internet parts sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet search engines.
• QuickBooks accounting software experience is a plus but not required.
