Overview
MCCandless Truck Center is a leading Commercial Truck Sales & Leasing dealership in the Las Vegas area. The Parts Advisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient parts department, supporting sales, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support parts sales to both external and internal customers.
- Contribute to the development of customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Ensure the availability of the right parts at the right time for customers.
- Contribute to the running of a well-organized and cost-efficient parts operations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and meeting customer needs.
- Participate in and contribute to the parts department culture by embracing acceptance, teamwork, and professional development.
General Knowledge & Skills
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business issues, processes, and outcomes to maintain and enhance business performance.
- Safety & Health: Demonstrating understanding of safety and health policies, creating and safeguarding a healthy, safe, and sustainable work environment.

Desired Education & Experience
- High school education or equivalent.
- Technical experience.
- Relevant work experience in a dealership/warehouse position.
- Further education in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Forklift license.
